Connect ONE is available for a period of 10 years and assists you in the event of danger or breakdown. A simple press of the SOS button inside the vehicle allows you to contact the call center platform and receive help. In the event of an emergency, a call is made automatically. If you or your passengers are unable to answer the phone call, the call center platform identifies your exact location and connects you to the nearest emergency services. Connect ONE is also a service that guarantees regular monitoring of the maintenance of your vehicle. Always drive knowing you are safe and supported. And while waiting in your vehicle, enjoy some iconic games like Hangman, 2048 or Tic-Tac-Toe.
Connect PLUS
Make your life easier with Connect PLUS, available at no additional cost for a period of 6 months. Designed to provide you comfort, serenity and to reduce any kind of stress you may have during long trips. Connect PLUS offers a set of functions allowing you to manage your vehicle remotely, such as: control the preheating of your vehicle or simply to manage the charging process while optimizing your daily journeys. Enjoy more of an easier life and exciting travels.
Remote control functions
Thanks to the remote control, you won't fear of having forgotten to close the doors of your car nor take the risk of not finding your vehicle in the aisles of a parking lot! Thanks to the “Fiat app”, all you have to do is click on your smartphone to activate the central locking, turn on your headlights or sound your vehicle’s horn.
You'll also take advantage in comfort aspects by preheating or cooling the interior of your car to a pre-programmed temperature of 21° before getting behind the wheel. Beside that, you can programm your battery charging time slots on your home charging station.

Thanks to the Ev Routing solution offered by TomTom, you are guided to the electrical terminals at the best time of your journey. Your navigation takes into account parameters such as the range of your vehicle, the unevenness of the road, the traffic and the availability of electrical terminals. Everything is planned to ensure that your journey provides the expected driving pleasure you expect. In addition, you have the choice of solutions: with the e-ROUTES* application, connected navigation is not necessary. A simple screen sharing of your smartphone via your infotainment system is enough to accompany you on all your trips. Think about connected services to make your daily life easier.

Connect with your Amazon Alexa** voice assistant available on board your vehicle. Ask Alexa to play your favorite songs, read the latest news, give the weather, find a location and how to reach it, but also manage your connected devices waiting for you at home.
